All tickets and charter deposits are non-refundable except where required by law. Weather cancellations by FlyteBoat are fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled departure. The vessel cannot wait for late passengers. Boarding closes 2 minutes before departure.

Passengers must follow all instructions from the captain and crew at all times. FlyteBoat reserves the right to refuse boarding or terminate a trip for unsafe or disruptive behaviour, with no refund.

Scheduled trips cancelled by the customer more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled subject to availability. Charter bookings require 7 days notice for rescheduling; deposits are forfeited for late cancellations.

All trips are weather-permitting. FlyteBoat may cancel, delay, or alter routes for safety reasons. Passengers will be notified by email or phone of any changes.

Passengers travel at their own risk. FlyteBoat is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Passengers are responsible for their own belongings at all times.
